Uncured Original Salami, Approx. 2lb (4 per order)

For our first uncured salami, we wanted to make sure we put an exciting twist into it by making the flavors of salt, pork, garlic and pepper very forward. To accomplish this we used pinot noir wine. Other key ingredients include garlic and black pepper.
